  • Fall Family Night at Chick-fil-A Baytown | Monday, October 30 | FREE – Have the kiddos meet the Chick-fil-A cow and pick a pumpkin to decorate at the Chick-fil-A restaurant in Baytown. 5:30pm.
  • Trick or Treat at the 1838 Menard House | Tuesday, October 31 | FREE – Bring the kiddos in costume as Galveston’s oldest residence, the 1838 Menard House, opens its gates for one night of ghostly fun. 5pm to 7pm.
  • Halloween Trick or Treat at CityCentre | Tuesday, October 31 | FREE – CityCentre offers children and parents the opportunity to prowl the district for tasty treasures during a district-wide trick-or-treat followed by a monster mash under the stars as a DJ spins tunes in the plaza. Trick-or-treating will take place rain or shine. 5pm to 8pm.
  • Dia de los Muertos Celebration at National Museum of Funeral History | Wednesday, November 1 to Saturday, November 4 – Celebrate Latin American customs that surround the Day of the Dead with fun, interactive, and commemorative activities at the National Museum of Funeral History. This event is included with general admission to the museum. Tickets to the museum are $10 for adults; $9 for seniors and veterans; $7 for kids ages 6 to 11 and free for kids under age 5. Wednesday to Friday 10am to 4pm; Saturday 10am to 5pm.
  • A.D Players present the Children’s Play Balloonacy | Thursday, November 2 to Saturday, November 4 – A lonely old man celebrating his birthday gets a pleasant surprise when a red balloon drifts in through his window and unexpectedly transforms his life. This short and sweet comedy about acceptance, imagination, and friendship will delight audiences of all ages. Tickets are $20, but limited discounted $10 tickets are available for select shows. 10:30am each day.
  • Circo Avenida at Discovery Green | Friday, November 3 | FREE – Witness a family-friendly circus-like event with acrobats, contortionists and more at Discovery Green park. 7pm to 9pm.
  • The 44th Annual British Festival in Sugar Land | Saturday, November 4 | FREE – The 44th Annual British Festival is a holiday-themed family-friendly fest that will feature handmade gifts, food, performances, face painting and much more. 10am to 4pm.
  • 4th Annual This Is Kingwood Festival | Saturday, November 4 | FREE – Head to the This is Kingwood Festival for a day of live music, performances by local academies and schools, rides, games, craft beers and wines, food trucks, vendors market and more at the Kingwood Town Center. 10am to 6pm.
  • Hands On Houston Family Festival at Houston Center for Contemporary Craft | Saturday, November 4 | FREE – The 7th Annual Hands On Houston Family Festival will feature indoor and outdoor activities all about fiber with artist demonstrations and more at HCCC. 11am to 3pm.
  • Prelude Music at Levy Park | Saturday, November 4 | FREE – Bring the whole family for some fun outdoor music making with a live band at Levy Park. 4:30pm.
  • Sing Along with The Muppet Movie at Miller Outdoor Theatre | Saturday, November 4 | FREE – Heather Henson’s IBEX Puppetry leads an audience of cheering, singing fans with a live show full of interactive surprises like bubbles, streamers, kites, confetti pops, and characters coming right out of the 1979 film, The Muppet Movie, into the audience at Miller Outdoor Theatre. 7pm.
  • Sunday Streets Houston in Bellaire | Sunday, November 5 | FREE – Bring the family to Sunday Streets Houston, an event where a stretch of streets normally reserved for cars and other vehicles allow cycling, walking, dancing, socializing and provides a family-friendly opportunity to be physically active in the Gulfton area. Noon to 4pm.
