- Sausage Fest at Heights Odd Fellows Lodge | No Cover – Expect drinks, sausage, music, fun and gemütlichkeit with like-minded foodies and friends for a day of celebration. Sausage options range from $6 to $20. Noon to 4pm.
- 3rd Annual War of the Wangs at Onion Creek Café – The Heights mainstay hosts the return of the tongue-in-cheek, no-holds-barred, sauced-up chicken wing smackdown, with killer cocktails, live music, DJ tunes, local vendors, people’s choice voting, and more at a kid- and pet-friendly celebration. $25 and up. 1pm.
- Heavy Metal Market & Oddities at Equal Parts Brewing | No Cover – Meet with vendors selling heavy metal adjacent goods, with an appearance by Tod Waters of DieFast and the band band Spunk. Food by Boombox Tacos. 2pm to 8pm.

- Live at Live Oak Celebrating National Hispanic Heritage Month at Memorial Park | FREE – CTS Band: Queen of Tejano & Latin Tribute will perform cumbia, salsa, Tejano, bachata, merengue, reggaeton, pop, and Latin rock hits, while complimentary tacos and Eureka Heights brews will be served up while supplies last. 5pm to 8pm.
- Kidz Bop in Concert at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion – The talented Kidz Bop crew will sing and move to your favorite pop songs, including hits like “Shake it Off,” “Dance Monkey,” “Old Town Road,” and more. $29.50 and up, but you may find cheaper, better, or hard-to-get seats on the online ticket resale market. 6pm.

- Weezer in Concert at Toyota Center – Joined by The Flaming Lips and Dinosaur Jr, the ’90s powerhouse pop rock group fronted by Rivers Cuomo brings their Voyage to the Blue Planet Tour—where Weezer will be playing 1994’s legendary self-titled Weezer, also known as the “Blue Album“, in full to honor its 30th anniversary. $39 and up. 7pm.
- West Side Story Movie Screening at Discovery Green | FREE – In anticipation the upcoming production by Houston Grand Opera (HGO), Discovery Green screens the original movie musical West Side Story (1961, PG) under the stars. Before the movie, there will be a conversation about the context of the movie in the era it was made and a performance by HGO. Plus, if your name is Maria, you can get a a free soft-serve ice cream at The Lake House with ID. 7pm.
