- Westchase District Farmers Market near St. Cyril of Alexandria Catholic Church | Thursdays in January | No Cover – Dozens of vendors from all corners of Houston—Conroe and Katy to Brenham and Bellaire—turn out for this weekly farmers market on the west side of Houston that enters its ninth year of small business shopping. Open at 3pm.
- Lyons Ave. Night Market at Saint Arnold Brewery | Thursdays in January | No Cover – From the mind behind Freedman’s Town Farmer’s Market, this weekly night market at Houston’s signature brewery features Black-owned businesses, farmers, gardeners and more for visitors to shop from while sipping on craft beer. 5pm to 9pm.
- All Access Art Market at Finn Hall | Friday, January 7 | No Cover – The monthly art bazaar in Downtown returns for 2022 with a hip-hop themed market that features artwork and goods from local creatives, plus light bites and a cocktail lounge. 6pm to 11pm.
- Eleanora’s Market at Cavatore Italian Restaurant in the Heights | Saturdays in January | No Cover – A stone’s throw from the corner of T.C. Jester and Ella Boulevards, this longtime Italian restaurant serves shoppers on Saturday mornings, offering fresh produce and high quality artisan goods to the community. 9am to 1pm.
- Weekend Wows at Montrose Marketplace | Saturdays & Sundays in January | No Cover – Held on the corner of Montrose and Westheimer, this weekend market from Curb Coalition provides the spot for great local finds and tasty gourmet foods from their rotating selection of small business vendors. Noon to 4pm.
- The Montrose Market at Pavement | Sundays in January | No Cover – Outside of Pavement and among the popular strip of vintage clothing shops on Westheimer, this weekly market packs a ton of thrift finds, handmade jewelry, vintage tees, tie dyed goods and more at one of Houston’s most buzzing spots. Noon to 6pm.
- Fort Bend Home & Garden Show & Winter Gift Market at Fort Bend County Fairgrounds | Saturday, January 15 & Sunday, January 16 – Plan your next home and plant projects at the two-day home and garden show in Fort Bend. In addition to vendors doling out goods in home improvement, decorating and interior design, landscapes and more, the Winter Gift Market will also offer up gifts alongside wine and food samples. $7; free for ages 12 and under. Saturday 10am to 5pm; Sunday 11am to 5pm.
- Yo! Hip-Hop Pop-Up Shop in West Houston | Saturday, January 15 | No Cover – Held on the third Saturday of the month, this market offers up vintage finds for those on the hunt for ’80s and ’90s fashions, plus barbershop haircuts, limited swag bags and DJ Whoorich on the decks. 1pm to 6pm.
- Mindfulness & Metaphysics Market in Second Ward | Saturday, January 15 – Just a couple blocks from the edge of Downtown, this nighttime wellness market features goods from local artists and artisans, plus an herbal bar, tarot readings, massages, mental health resources and more to help visitors start the new year off right. $5.55. 6pm to 10pm.
- Houston Winter Market 2022 at Pearland Town Center | Saturday, January 29 & Sunday, January 30 | No Cover – This two-day event at the outdoor mall gives visitors a chance to shop local vendors, participate in giveaways and get a head start on securing that Valentine’s Day gift. Saturday 10am to 9pm; Sunday noon to 6pm.
