Houston’s own Homemade Hope is hosting an afternoon of lip-smacking, thirst quenching good fun this Saturday, with an afternoon of barbeque, drinks, live music, raffle giveaways, college football, and more.
Local favorite Chameleon Band will provide live entertainment and there will be plenty of college game day action on Midtown Barbecue’s HDTVs.
Tickets include a full menu of all-you-can eat options and all-you-can-drink craft beers and red and white wine.
Proceeds all go to support Homemade Hope and its mission to help buoy and support children living in homeless and transitional shelters.
All-You-Can-Eat Barbeque
Lucky diners will be able to sink their teeth into Midtown Barbecue’s own prime beef brisket, pork spare ribs, beef sausage, and free-range chicken.
They’ll also be serving up some tasty sides like green chile cream corn casserole, mac & cheese, and sweet & spicy slaw.
All-You-Can-Drink Beer & Wine
During the event, Hometown Hope supporters can have their fill of Karbach Love Street, Karbach Oktoberfest, Bud Light, Miller Lite, Pabst Blue Ribbon, and Michelob Ultra. There will also be red and white wine for those who prefer to eschew the brew.
Raffle Giveaways
Raffle items include gift cards from Define Body & Bind, lululemon, SoulCycle, Triniti Restaurant; a special wine basket; and more
About Homemade Hope
Homemade Hope is a Houston nonprofit serving children in homeless and transitional living shelters by creating hands-on cooking and nutrition classes, as well as holiday celebrations.
Through their efforts kid in these shelters are able experience the joy of family meals, the nurturing power of creating healthy dishes, and the stability of developing traditions centered around food.
Homemade Hope is dedicated to enriching young lives with the ingredient of hope.
