- A Motown Christmas at Ensemble Theatre | Ongoing through Christmas Eve, Sunday, December 24 – This family-friendly holiday revue blends traditional carols with that distinctive Motown sound, with hits made famous by the Jackson Five, Marvin Gaye and more. This production runs through Christmas Eve, Sunday, December 24. $34 and up. Showtimes vary.

- Home for the Holidays with Marcia Ball, Carolyn Wonderland and Shelley King at the Heights Theater | Tuesday, November 28 – It’s holiday time in the Heights as a trio of Texas musicians unite for an evening of seasonal songs at this annual holiday concert featuring the renown singer-songwriters. $26 and up. 7pm.
- Holly Jolly Jingle at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion | Thursday, November 30 | FREE – The annual tradition returns, bringing together students from across Conroe ISD and high schools from the Woodlands for an evening of holiday medleys and popular tunes. Swing by early when gates open at 6pm to snap a photo with Santa and enjoy other festivities. 7pm.
- Music Box Theater presents A Beatles Holiday Cabaret at Queensbury Theatre | Friday, December 1 | Ongoing – Hear holiday favorites and traditional carols, coupled with your favorite Beatles tunes in original arrangements. This concert has become an annual fan favorite. This production runs through Saturday, December 23. $38 and up. Showtimes vary.
- Grateful for Christmas with Hayes Carll & Friends at the Heights Theater | Friday, December 1 & Saturday, December 2 – The acclaimed Texas singer-songwriter gathers a curated cast featuring some of his favorite musicians and singers for a holiday-themed evening of music and connection. $30 and up. 7pm.
- Houston Latin Philharmonic presents Latin Christmas at Cullen Performance Hall | Saturday, December 2 – Led by maestro Glenn Garrido, the Houston Latin American Philharmonic returns for their traditional concert of seasonal works from the world of Latin American music. This year, the Phil will be joined by special guest artist Olga Tañón Sinfonico. $25 and up. 8pm.
- International Voices of Houston presents Silver Bells at MATCH | Saturday, December 2 & Sunday, December 3 – Celebrating its 25th season, the multicultural choir presents this holiday performance of festive songs in several languages, including Arabic, English, Estonian, German, Hebrew, Setswana, Spanish, Ukrainian and more. Guest soprano Jolie Rocke joins the chorus for the event. $25. Saturday at 7pm; Sunday at 3pm and 7pm.

- Walt & Tina Wilkins Christmas Show at McGonigel’s Mucky Duck | Thursday, December 7 – The accomplished couple consisting of revered songwriters in Walt and Tina Wilkins host an evening of Christmas and holiday songs to help spread the spirit of the season. $38 and up. 7pm.
- Houston Chamber Choir presents Feliz Navidad: Christmas at the Villa at the Chapel at Villa de Matel | Saturday, December 9 & Sunday, December 10 – The annual Christmas concert returns, bringing with it songs of joy and peace. The choir is joined by the Treble Choir of Houston for this performance featuring carols, lullabies and seasonal favorites. $45. 2:30pm and 5pm.
- Houston Grand Opera presents Carols on the Green at Discovery Green | Saturday, December 9 | FREE – Just outside the Ice at Discovery Green, you can catch this annual carol concert featuring songs that celebrate the rich cultures of Houston’s community, as well as Hanukkah, Christmas and more selections for a night of spirited seasonal celebration. 7pm to 8:30pm.
- Amy Grant & Michael W. Smith: Christmas Live in Concert at Smart Financial Centre | Sunday, December 10 – The Grammy-winning artists team up for a night of their popular Christmas tour in Sugar Land. Michael Tait of the Newsboys joins them for a seasonal show that features hits from Amy Grant and Michael W. Smith’s acclaimed holiday albums. $41 and up. 8pm.
- Trans-Siberian Orchestra: The Ghosts of Christmas Eve at Toyota Center | Sunday, December 10 – The acclaimed orchestral ensemble brings its signature holiday tradition back to Houston for their Ghosts of Christmas Eve: The Best of TSO & More tour. $54 and up. 2:30pm and 7pm.
- Raul Malo Holiday Tour at the Heights Theater | Sunday, December 10 – Frontman of the Grammy-winning band the Mavericks, Raul Malo brings his holiday tour to the intimate stage in the Heights for a seasonal set. $34 and up. 8pm.

- Monarch Chamber Players presents Candlelit Christmas Concert at Post Houston | Thursday, December 14 | FREE – Join Monarch for a spirited perforamnce in the Z atrium of Post Houston, surrounded by candlelight. Standing room is free and open to the public (RSVP requested); reserved seating is limited to 250 spots for $15 each. 8pm.
- Martin Burniston’s 31st Annual Christmas Singalong at McGonigel’s Mucky Duck | Thursday, December 14 to Saturday, December 16 – The annual holiday sing-a-long returns to the Upper Kirby stage at McGonigel’s, complete with a three-course dinner and held across three nights. $68 and up. 7pm.
- Elf in Concert at Smart Financial Centre | Friday, December 15 – Relive the holiday comedy starring Will Ferrell and Zooey Deschanel at this special screening of the 2003 film, featuring a live orchestra performing the score to the film. $35 and up. 7:30pm.
- A Christmas Jazz Concert with Raquel Cepeda at MATCH | Friday, December 15 – The jazz septet presents this performance of seasonal jazz tunes, Christmas songs from around the world, original jazz arrangements and original Christmas music. $25 and up. 8pm.
- Houston Symphony presents Handel’s Messiah at Jones Hall | Friday, December 15 to Sunday, December 17 – The holiday tradition is back with Handel’s enduring oratorio chronicling the greatest story ever told. The Houston Symphony Chorus sings alongside the orchestra, and the score features the iconic “Hallelujah” chorus. $42 and up. Friday and Saturday at 7:30pm; Sunday at 2:30pm.
- William Beckmann’s Los Posadas Tour at the Heights Theater | Saturday, December 16 – The Texas crooner brings his Las Posadas Tour to the Heights, performing an intimate set of Christmas music, Spanish songs, storytelling and Beckmann originals. $22 and up. 8pm.

- A Christmas Symphony: Sarah Brightman in Concert at Smart Financial Centre | Wednesday, December 20 – The renowned soprano vocalist graces the Sugar Land stage, joined by an orchestra, choir and other special guests for a symphonic night of holiday favorites and chart-topping hits. $47 and up. 8pm.
- Houston Symphony presents A Very Merry Pops at Jones Hall | Wednesday, December 20 to Saturday, December 23 – The Symphony’s annual holiday offering returns, bringing with it familiar favorites to make the rafters ring. The concert features the Houston Symphony Chorus and Broadway leading lady, Mandy Gonzalez. $40 and up. 7:30pm.
- Houston Symphony presents Holly Jolly Holiday at Jones Hall | Saturday, December 23 – This family concert from the Symphony offers a morning of songs featuring Hamilton star Mandy Gonzalez, performing favorotes like “Santa Claus is Coming to Town,” “We Wish You a Merry Christmas” and others. Plus, families can enjoy kid-friendly activities like a visit with Santa, caroling stations and free hot chocolate. $34 and up. 10am and 11:30am.
- The Grand Ol’ Christmas Show with Blue Water Highway at the Heights Theater | Saturday, December 23 – This one-of-a-kind musical comedy from Will Hearn brings a live retro radio show to the stage, complete with sketch comedy antics, Christmas classics and a tribute to the holiday tradition. Americana artists Blue Water Highway will also be around to perform tunes live. $32 and up. 8pm.
