Dress in light, white apparel and take a stroll through the Houston Heights to enjoy art displays, outdoor parties, live music, shopping specials and general goodwill on the evening of Saturday, August 1, 2015 from 6pm to 10pm.
Cool down with a refreshing beverage and tasty local eats as you join other Houstonians on 19th Street, White Oak, Studewood, Heights Boulevard and more.
The streets will be packed full of locals enjoying music, food, drinks, and art. While most of the action happens on 19th Street, including a special edition of the monthly First Saturday Arts Market, there’ll be other venues in The Heights participating as well. From a free concert at Fitzgeralds featuring TOKiMONSTA and Lil Texas to a huge parking lot party at Onion Creek, there’s something happening for everyone.
This is a fun night out with a neighborhood vibe, with something for all ages to enjoy. Be sure to throw on a pair of comfy shoes because you’ll walk quite a bit.
The Wave will be providing transportation from four key stops in the Heights, including Beck’s Prime on 19th and run a square route around 11th Street, Studewood and White Oak. Additional stops include Tad Hughes Custom Studio on 11th and Cortlandt, Hello Lucky at 1025 Studewood, BB’s Cafe at White Oak and Studewood and Gelazzi at 3601 White Oak.
