  • I Heart U WonderWeek at Fort Bend Children’s Discovery Center | Tuesday, February 8 to Saturday, February 12 Fill the hearts of your littles with all-things-love at the Fort Bend Children’s Discovery Center. This week’s activities include creating a Valentine Day’s card to gift to someone they love, designing a Valentine’s Day headband, making a rainbow loom bracelet, and more. Included with admission; $12 for ages 1 and up. 10am to 6pm.
  • Curious George: Let’s Get Curious! at the Woodlands Children’s Museum | Opens Friday, February 11 Live like the famous curious monkey at this traveling exhibition that leads visitors on an interactive adventure that emphasizes math, science and engineering while letting little monkeys live out some of George’s beloved stories. This exhibition will run through Saturday, May 14, 2022. $7 for ages 1 and up. Friday and Saturday 10am to 4pm.
  • Children’s Storytime with Cinderella & Prince Charming at CityPlace | Friday, February 11 | FREE Lend your ears to one of the most magical love stories of all times, Cinderella, with a telling from the tale’s two main characters. 5:30pm.
  • Sesame Street Live! Let’s Party! at NRG Arena | Friday, February 11 to Sunday, February 13 Dance along with your friends from Sesame Street during a live performance with the beloved characters. Learn new songs and sing along to familiar favorites with Oscar and Cookie Monster, build a snowman with Elmo, flap your wings with Big Bird, and catch more characters on stage. $22 and up. Times vary.
  • The Spongebob Musical at Nancy Bock Center in the Woodlands | Friday, February 11 to Sunday, February 13 Take an adventure to that pineapple under the sea with Spongebob and his Bikini Bottom pals. Their world faces a major crisis but an unexpected hero arrives to save the day. $22 in advance; $25 at the door. 7pm on Friday and Saturday; 2pm on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Creative Kids with the Orange Show at Discovery Green | Saturday, February 12 | FREE Let the kids get in touch with their creative side with the help of Houston’s own folk art destination, the Orange Show. This is a unique hands-on art experience using simple materials and found objects for ages 6 and up. 1pm to 3pm.
  • Lunar New Year at River Oaks District | Saturday, February 12 | FREE Close out Year of the Tiger celebrations with dragon dances from Soaring Phoenix, complete with acrobats, stilt walkers, traditional costumes and more. 3pm.
