  • 44th Festival Chicano at Miller Outdoor Theatre | Thursday, October 5 to Saturday, October 7 | FREE – Celebrate Chicano culture at Hermann Park when the annual festival comes around with performances across three nights; featuring David Lee Garza y Los Musicales on Thursday, Los Palominos on Friday, and a Saturday night performance from Little Joe y La Familia. 7pm.
  • Alejandro Fernandez at Toyota Center | Friday, October 6 – The highly decorated Grammy Award winner, mariachi singer, and ranchera music royal, El Potrillo joins his son Alex on stage in a stunning tribute to Mexican and Latin music, and culture. $49 and up. 9pm.
  • FKJ at Bayou Music Center | Saturday, October 7 – The French multi-instrumentalist and nu jazz musician comes to Downtown armed with music that has made him a must-see at festivals like Coachella and Lollapalooza. $39.95 and up. 8pm.
  • Jonas Brothers at Toyota Center | Saturday, October 7 & Monday, October 23 – The superstar brothers are fresh off the release of summer 2023’s The Album, and are putting on a massive show when they bring all five of their albums, in full, to the Toyota Center stage. $49 and up. 7:30pm.
  • Shinedown at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion | Sunday, October 8 – Close out the week with a mix of alt-rock acts in the Woodlands as Shinedown takes the stage with support from Papa Roach and Spiritbox. $29.50 and up. 6:30pm.
  • Alejandro Sanz at Smart Financial Centre | Sunday, October 8 – The Spanish pop artist and decorated Grammy-winning musician heads to Sugar Land, performing songs from his 2021 self-titled album and other fan faves. $75 and up. 8pm.

  • Foo Fighters at 713 Music Hall | Tuesday, October 10 – Dave Grohl brings the Foo Fighters to the 713 in celebration of their eleventh studio album, But Here We Are, the band’s first release since losing their longtime drummer and Foo family member Taylor Hawkins. Tickets are sold out at the venue, but you may find hard-to-get seats using the TicketNetwork online marketplace. 7:30pm.
  • Janelle Monae at Bayou Music Center | Tuesday, October 10 – The singer-songwriter, rapper, actor, and straight up renaissance figure Janelle Monae is taking over the Bayou City with music from their fourth studio album, a reawakening and symbol of personal evolution, The Age of Pleasure. $61.50 and up. 8pm.
  • Avenged Sevenfold at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion | Thursday, October 12 – The American heavy metal band is storming through the Woodlands, bringing music from their most existential, introspective, and eclectic record yet, Life is But a Dream. $35 and up. 7:30pm.
  • The All-American Rejects at 713 Music Hall | Thursday, October 12 – The emo pop rock band is celebrating nearly 25 years together with their first headlining tour in ten years when Wet Hot All-American tour comes through the 713. New Found Glory, Motion City Soundtrack, and the Get Up Kids are in support. $69.50 and up. 7pm.
  • Chris Stapleton at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion | Friday, October 13 – The Kentucky country legend is bringing special guests Charley Crockett and Nikki Lane to the Woodlands in celebration of his upcoming fifth studio album, Higher. $87 and up. 7pm.
  • Cigarettes After Sex at 713 Music Hall | Friday, October 13 – The indie dream pop band out of El Paso are bringing their trademark ethereal and intimate show to the Post Houston stage. $150 and up. 8pm.

  • Lucero y Mijares at Smart Financial Centre | Friday, October 13 – The dynamic duo is back in Sugar Land with a dynamic show filled with sensational music and memories. $50 and up. 8:30pm.
  • An Evening with Los Lobos at Miller Outdoor Theatre | Saturday, October 14 | FREE – The Chicano rockers are celebrating a prolific 50 years in the biz with a night of their many hits. One of Miller Outdoor’s signature shows of their 100th anniversary, Los Lobos will help close out Hispanic Heritage Month festivities. 6:30pm.
  • Suki Waterhouse at White Oak Music Hall | Saturday, October 14 – The dreamy vibes abound as English singer-songwriter, model and actress makes her debut performance at White Oak. $25 and up. 8pm.
  • SZA at Toyota Center | Saturday, October 14 – The Grammy Award–winning icon finally lands in H-Town, touting her fire sophomore album SOS with a dramatic show in Downtown. D4VID will be supporting. $173 and up. 8pm.
  • Sting at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion | Sunday, October 15 – The mythical mononym is set to headline at Cynthia Woods with a lifetime of hits from his arsenal when he brings his My Songs tour through the Woodlands. $51.50 and up. 8pm.
  • Ben Folds at Bayou Music Center | Tuesday, October 17 – Singer-songwriter Ben Folds is back behind the piano in the Bayou City with tunes from his fifth studio album as a solo artist, What Matters Most. $39 and up. 8pm.

  • Kansas at Smart Financial Centre | Saturday, October 21 – Witness timeless classics showcasing the enduring prowess of one of the greatest classic rock acts of all time when Kansas moseys through Sugar Land in celebration of their 50th anniversary. $65 and up. 7:30pm.
  • Lacuna Coil at House of Blues | Monday, October 23 – The Italian Gothic band has gone back to their roots with their newest and heaviest music yet. They’ll bring their signature haunting melodies and powerful guitar work to the heart of Downtown when they pull up with Fear Factory and Lion at the Gates. $28.50 and up. 7pm.
  • Unknown Mortal Orchestra at White Oak Music Hall | Thursday, October 26 – The psychedelic indie funk band are fresh off the release of their fifth studio album, V, and are bringing their signature introspective tunes to the Northside. $32 and up. 7pm.
  • Michelle Branch at House of Blues | Thursday, October 26 – Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Michelle Branch takes the stage in Downtown, armed with her chart-topping hits for an unforgettable night of acoustic melodies and pop rock nostalgia. $39.50 and up. 7pm.
  • Shakey Graves at White Oak Music Hall | Friday, October 27 – The Americana Austinite and one-man indie rock band is back in town with his first record in five years when he brings his Movie of the Week tour to the lawn. $35 and up. 7pm.
  • Cuco at White Oak Music Hall | Sunday, October 29 – The synth pop sensation is trekking through North America on his Hitchhiker tour, stopping by the H to shake up the lawn with his signature dreamy hip-hop cumbia grooves. $35 and up. 6pm.
  • John Mayer at Toyota Center | Monday, October 30 – The guitar virtuoso is embarking on a solo acoustic tour, ending October in Clutch City with a performance of songs on piano and electric guitar, too. He’ll be bringing JP Saxe with him in support. $59 and up. 7:30pm.
