- Little Women, the Musical at A.D. Players | Daily – Follow Louisa May Alcott’s story of Jo, Amy, Beth and Meg March as they grow up during the Civil War during this musical adaptation from A.D. Players. Tickets are $40; limited discounted $20 tickets available. Thursday 7pm; Friday and Saturday 8pm; Sunday 2:30pm.
- Wicked at The Hobby Center | Daily – Experience the story of Glinda and the wicked witch of the West when the musical Wicked comes to the stage of The Hobby Center this summer. Tickets start at $40, but you may find cheaper or better seats on TicketNetwork’s resale site. Thursday 2pm and 7:30pm; Friday 8pm; Saturday 2pm and 8pm; Sunday 2pm and 7:30pm.
- Houston Astros vs. Oakland Athletics at Minute Maid Park | Daily – Get loud for the Astros when they take the field to play Oakland in a home game at Minute Maid Park. Tickets start at $15, but you may find cheaper or better seats on TicketNetwork’s resale site. Thursday and Friday 7:10pm; Saturday 3:10pm; Sunday 1:10pm.
- Bands on the Sand in Galveston | Friday and Saturday – Head to Galveston’s Palm Beach to enjoy fireworks and live music from Kaos and Cody Hodges during this summer concert series. Tickets are $15, not including ticket fees. 6pm both nights.
- Destroying Texas Fest at Walter’s Downtown | Friday and Saturday – More than 20 heavy metal bands will perform during the 12th annual Destroying Texas Fest hosted at Walter’s Downtown. Tickets start at $82.99 for two-day passes. 4pm to midnight both days.
- Suplex presents Garage Sale, and So Can You | Saturday and Sunday – Come out to Suplex HQ to buy a cool artwork for an affordable price at Garage Sale, And So Can You as they showcase the act of resisting to allow artwork and personal artifacts to collect dust. All artworks range from $5 to $200 and artists receive 100% from the sale of artworks. 10am to 6pm both days.

- Texas Hill Country Wine Dinner at Central Market – Whip up a meal of marinated skirt steak, mashed potatoes, and peach ice cream with Texas wine pairings in this guided cooking course featuring culinary instructor Elizabeth Escobedo. Tickets are $60, not including ticket fees. 6:30pm.
- Robert Ellis in Concert at Discovery Green | FREE – Singer-songwriter Robert Ellis is bringing his folk-country sound to Discovery Green for a free concert. This event is part of the UHD Thursday Concert series. 7pm.
