- Galveston Home & Garden Show at Galveston Island Convention Center | Saturday and Sunday – Find inspiration for your next home improvement project at the two-day Galveston Home & Garden Show, which features a variety of vendors, prominent speakers, and industry experts. - DIY Wood Sign Party at Heights Bier Garten – Get crafty while sipping a cold beer during this DIY workshop at Heights Bier Garten. - Waterscape Making: A Harvey Anniversary Public Ceremony at The Water Works | FREE – Discover the connection between public imagination and Houston’s relationship with water at an interactive waterscape ceremony by Houston artist Carrie Schneider. The exhibit allows you to control your own weather system inside of a fish tank throughout the length of a song of your choosing. 8pm to 10pm.

- Katya: Help Me I’m Dying Comedy Tour at Cullen Performance Hall – Enjoy a fusion of stand-up comedy, storytelling, video, and live dance performances by the drag queen, Katya, who brings the “Help Me I’m Dying” Tour to Cullen Performance Hall. Tickets start at $25. 8pm.

- Giving Spirits Concert featuring Kaos at Sugar Land Town Square | FREE – Support the local nonprofit, Keep Sugar Land Beautiful, at a free concert by Kaos, who covers hits from the ’80s, as well as disco, rock, pop, Latin and country. 7:30pm to 9:30pm.
- Girl Shy Movie Screening at Discovery Green | FREE – Bust out your ‘20s garb for a costume contest and dance lesson, followed by a film screening of Girl Shy with a musical performance of the movie’s score by Two Star Symphony. 7:30pm to 10pm.
