- 8th Annual Park to Port Bike Ride at Hermann Park – Join fellow cycling enthusiasts for this 20-mile round-trip ride that takes you along the beautiful Bayou Greenway bike trail, all the way to the Port of Houston. $40. 7:30am.
- Transforming Urban Spaces Bus Tour at the Water Works at Buffalo Bayou Park – Jump on board for a unique look at the city of Houston, exploring historic and industrial sites from Shepherd Drive to the Port of Houston Turning Basin. $50. 8:45am to noon.
- Coffee & Cars at Post Houston | No Cover – Pick up a cup of Joe and stroll through the venue’s east parking lot as you check out a killer display of luxury and exotic vehicles. 9am to 11am.

- Holiday Soul Nutcracker Market at the Power Center – Support a wide array of small business owners at this one-day shopping market that features holiday decor, gifts, clothing, food and more that highlight the culture and lifestyle of communities of color. $20 in advance; $27 at the door. 9am to 7pm.
- Puptopia Festival at Discovery Green – Furry friends and their owners can come out and enjoy this special, doggie-centric day that includes entertainment, a dog day spa, PAWground activities, vendors and a K-9 Lounge. $30. 10am to 5pm.
- Sienna Art Festival at Sawmill Lake Club – Artists from around the region will display and sell a unique variety of items at this art market in Missouri City. Guests can also enjoy food, wine and live music. Kid-friendly activities such as face painting, balloon art and more are also scheduled. $10. 10am to 5pm.
- Hands-On Houston Family Festival at Houston Center for Contemporary Craft | FREE – This community event offers guests the chance to create their own crafts, enjoy the CraftTexas2022 exhibition and sample food from the Moon Rooster food truck. 11am to 3pm.
- First Saturday Arts Market at 19th Street in the Heights | No Cover – Browse artisan goods from dozens of local artists, and take in a family-friendly atmosphere of live music, beer and wine, and more at this Saturday evening market in the Heights. 11am to 6pm.
- Hollerpalooza at Holler Brewing Co. | FREE – Enjoy a day of food, brews, music and more in celebration of the Arts District brewery’s 6th anniversary. VIP tickets are $65 and include early entry and other goodies. 11am to 10pm.
- Fall Fest & Artisan Market at B-52 Brewing | No Cover – Head out to Conroe for a family-friendly day of shopping local vendors, sipping craft brews, live music and other fun festivities. Noon to 5pm.
- One-Year Anniversary and Holiday Wine Tasting at Bodega Bellaire | No Cover – Stop in and sample from more than 25 bottles of wine, an assortment of bites and nonalcoholic libations at this anniversary bash. Bonus: 10 percent of the weekend’s sales along with proceeds from the bodega’s wine raffle go to the Houston Food Bank, so you can drink and shop for a good cause. Noon to 5pm.
- 2nd Annual Día de los Muertos Parade & Festival at Sam Houston Park | FREE – Join in festivities for this celebration that includes concessions, arts and crafts and more. Guests are welcome to join the parade, but traditional attire—full of pageantry and beauty—is recommended. 2pm to 10pm.
- 2022 Wild West Brewfest at Typhoon Texas Waterpark – More than 80 breweries offering more than 600 kinds of beer will be in attendance, along with live bands and food trucks. $50 and up. 3pm to 9pm.
- Venus Rising Opening Reception at Archway Gallery | FREE – The Montrose gallery hosts a reception marking the opening of an exhibit of paintings by artist Barbara Able, who will discuss her work at 6:30pm. Light bites and wine are available, as is complimentary valet. 5pm to 8pm.
- Majic Under the Stars at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion – This evening concert fest includes performances by Bell Biv Devoe, En Vogue, Tony! Toni! Toné! and Stokley. $49.50 and up. 5:30pm.
- Urban Nights: A Communal Art Experience at Moody Center for the Arts | FREE – Rice University hosts this multi-site presentation, allowing guests to experience food, dance, music, spoken word performances, art installations and other creative endeavors. 6pm to 10pm.

- Comedian Marc Maron at Wortham Center – The comedian, actor and host known for his landmark podcast WTF with Marc Maron, which has featured huge figures like Robin Williams, Keith Richards and President Barack Obama, comes to Downtown on his This May Be the Last Time Tour. $43 and up. 8pm.
- Highly Suspect in Concert at 713 Music Hall – The hard rock band comes to Downtown, performing songs from their brand new release, The Midnight Demon Club. $39.50 and up. 8pm.

- Inprint Cool Brains! presents Tae Keller at Meyerland PVA Middle School | No Cover – The popular 2021 Newberry Award–winning middle-grade writer discusses her latest novel, Mihi Ever After, the story of three friends who fall into a fairytale world.
