  • Levy Park presents Zumba On-Demand on Facebook | FREE – Led by Yuri Amor Perez of FitMix, this Latin-inspired, high-energy, choreographed dance workout is designed to improve cardio endurance, coordination, and even your dance moves. The class is one hour long and suitable for all fitness levels. 11am.
  • MFAH presents Yoga Classes on Facebook Live | FREE – Join the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston and Black Swan Yoga for a live yoga class on Facebook Live. Each week will feature a new instructor. This event will be held online on MFAH’s Facebook Page. 11am to 11:45am.
  • ROCO in Concert presents The Wrestler on Facebook Live | FREE – Catch a live rebroadcast of final concert of River Oaks Chamber Orchestra’s 14th season, The Wrestler. Conductor David Danzmayr returned to lead the orchestra, in a program featuring the world premiere of Erberk Eryılmaz’s “Wrestling Airs for Two Davuls and Chamber Orchestra”. 2pm.
  • Nature Discovery Center presents Eric’s Animal Spotlight on Facebook Live | FREE – Nature Discovery Center’s head naturalist, Eric Duran, spotlights the center’s ambassador animals, animal specimens, and other creatures in a weekly Sunday afternoon series of videos. Once they’ve aired, Eric’s Animal Spotlight Videos will remain on Facebook for later viewing. 4pm to 4:30pm.
  • Goodnight Charlie presents Ellen Story Live Stream Concert on Instagram Live | FREE – Catch a live-streamed set from the vocalist and fiddler, Ellen Story on Instagram Live. This event will be held online on Goodnight Charlie’s Instagram page. 7pm.
