11/21/18 Update: The Sugar & Cloth Color Wall has been repurposed and is currently being replaced with a new installation.

Stand out and be you in front of a rainbow palette backdrop at the Sugar and Cloth Color Wall at GreenStreet in Downtown.

Thanks to local blogger Ashley Rose of Sugar & Cloth, what was once a featureless brick wall on the side of the Hotel Alessandra in Downtown has now become a photo-op destination.

The wall’s seven vertical color blocks extend from the top of the building’s brick facade to the sidewalk. The resulting and intended effect gives budding photogs the illusion of a professional infinity wall studio setting.

Originally located on the side of the Headquarters co-working space in the East End, today the multi-colored mural finds a home just west of the Lawn in the heart of the GreenStreet shopping center near the Forever 21.

While you’re there, complement your mural wall photo at Sugar & Cloth‘s newest addition, a rainbow staircase, complete with a similar color palate. And be sure to tag your photos with @SugarAndCloth or #SugarAndClothColorWall.

Tips for Visiting

Visitors should note, paid street parking will be necessary unless visiting after 6pm or on the weekends.

Parking, for the most part, is pretty easy to come by, but unfortunately guests will have to deal with finding a spot along the typically busy Downtown streets since there is no free designated parking lot.
