The 8th Annual Hess Houston Corporate 5K Run/Walk brings Houston’s premier corporate wellness event back to the Memorial Park Eastern Glades.
The 5K run/walk is designed to promote fitness and wellness in the workplace while encouraging team building and community engagement.
With three days of runs/walks and after race celebrations, the event is a good match for seasoned runners and people just starting their fitness journeys—all while providing the perfect opportunity to challenge their colleagues in a fun and supportive environment.
With proceeds benefiting Memorial Park, every participant will be making a positive impact in the Houston community.
Open to ages 18+.
