Party Before the Party in Crossroads at House of Blues
Kick the evening off with food specials and killer drink deals that include $5 wine and cocktails, $4 imports, $3 domestics and specials on champagne and sparkling wine. Try the pre-resolution burger special, or order off the regular menu for your last supper of 2015, and then listen to lively mix of tunes from The Bourbon Street Band.

- New Year’s Eve Happy Hour | 4pm to 7pm – Start your celebration with happy hour at Crossroads at House of Blues
- The Bourbon Street Band | 7pm to 11pm – Get your groove on with a lively music showcase combining zydeco and blues with the music of the 50s (Little Richard and Fats Domino), 60s (Temptations and Otis Redding), and 70s (KC and the Sunshine Band).
The Suffers in The Music Hall
For the main event at House of Blues, The Suffers will bring down the house in Music Hall for an epic New Year’s Eve show beginning at 9pm.
Joining one of Houston’s hottest bands on stage will be Los Skarnales, Blue Healer, Def Perception and The Waxaholics. Circ-burlesque group Kiki Maroon’s Sordid Sideshow will shake things up with an entertaining show between sets. Tickets start at $25 and include a champagne toast led by The Suffers. You can also meet lead singer Kam Franklin and the rest of the band during the Soundcheck Party. You’ll get early entry to the venue, the chance to watch soundcheck and a commemorative poster. The Soundcheck Party is $30 and can be added when you purchase your tickets to the show.
Ruby Revue Burlesque Show in the Bronze Peacock Room
Take your seat for the 21 and up Ruby Revue Burlesque Show in the Bronze Peacock Room at 8pm or 10:30pm. Arrive early to get good seats as both shows are first come, first serve by section. Tickets start at $27 and can be purchased by clicking here.
ROAR 20.15 in Foundation Room at House of Blues
Flash back to the roaring twenties and ring in 2016 in swinging speakeasy style at ROAR 20.15 in the Foundation Room from 6pm to 2am. Come dressed to impress in your cocktail finest or flapper-friendly attire that would catch the Great Gatsby’s eye.
- Hale Baskin Jazz Trio | 6pm to 10pm – Led by the lovely, brassy and uninhibited vocalist Hale Baskin, the trio presents a hopping good time with a mix of swing, blues, soul, funk and Motown.
- Beats by DJ Baby Roo | 10pm to 2am – Houston’s beloved DJ Baby Roo propels the night further taking over at 10pm and driving the vibe straight on to the big complimentary champagne countdown at midnight and straight on to morning.
