Restauranteur Carlos Abedrop has just imported one of Mexico’s most sought after steakhouses from Saltillo to Houston. February 2013 saw the opening of the beautiful, upscale and provocative La Casa Del Caballo in Montrose. This is only the second location of the famed northern Mexican restaurant.
The restaurant serves fire-seared beef prepared in the Saltillo style, along with veal chop, seafood, chicken and lamb dishes, all accompanied by a trove of traditional Mexican dishes.
