See the latest performing arts productions and theater happenings opening across Houston from Monday, January 27 to Sunday, February 2, 2025.

One of my favorite comedies opens this week at A.D. Players, and I can’t wait to see how it unfolds. (Full disclosure: I stage managed The Foreigner back in the day, and I’ve never seen a non-college production from the front of the house). Stages opens two shows, one that brings back an audience favorite in her signature role. Houston Grand Opera opens one of musical theatre’s timeless love stories, TUTS puts its stamp on a contemporary classic.
