See an elite cast of Houston chefs go literally head-to-head to see who prepares the best suckling pig at Kata Robata’s Go Pig or Go Home on Sunday, May 4, 2014 from 5pm to 9pm.
Each chef’s team will prepare a whole suckling pig, while they vie for the title of “Houston’s Pig Throwdown King.” Guests get to sample the results while they enjoy beer from 8th Wonder Brewery, wine from Duchman Family Winery and signature cocktails with byejoe spirits.
A portion of the event’s proceeds go to support Last Organic Outpost.
