Enjoy live music, drinks, and more entertainment at 19 galleries, artist studios, cafes, shops and local businesses at the free Galveston ArtWalk in downtown Galveston on Saturday, August 24, 2024.

Introduced by the Galveston Arts Center in 1986, Galveston ArtWalk sees local downtown art spaces open their doors for a self-guided evening walking tour.

Guests of all ages can check out both formal and informal art venues, many of which offer free refreshments, entertainment, and opportunities to meet with artists.

Check out an interactive map or view a printable map of participating locations. Hard maps are available at Galveston Arts Center and other participating locations.

ArtWalk supports the island’s vibrant artistic culture, connecting visitors to a diverse network of places and opportunities to appreciate, learn about, or purchase original works of art.

The evening event happens on Saturday evenings eight times a year, usually about every six to eight weeks.
