- Pride Houston 2021 Events & Festivities | Daily – Bring Pride Month to a close with all-out bashes, celebrations, concerts, and more at some of the biggest events taking place around Houston in the final week of June 2021. Prices, times and locations vary.
- Paint Your Pet Night at Eureka Heights Brew Co. | Friday, June 25 – Aubrie Williams of HeARTworks will lead the way in a beer-fueled Paint Your Pet Night at Eureka Heights. Send in a photo of your pet and you’ll arrive to a pre-sketched color-by-number style canvas to fill in as you sip your favorite suds. Tickets are $55 and include an 11″x 14″ wrapped canvas, personalized paint palette, all the materials you’ll need to create your masterpiece, and your first brew on-the-house. 6:30pm to 9:30pm.
- Say Girl Say in Concert at Discovery Green | Friday, June 25 | FREE – Vibe to the indie pop tunes of local duo, Say Girl Say, when they take the stage at Discovery Green for an outdoor concert in the park. 6:30pm.
- Comedian Christopher Titus at Houston Improv | Friday, June 25 to Sunday, June 27 – Fall out of your seat laughing when Christopher Titus, best known for his one-hour specials on Comedy Central and hit FOX television series Titus, performs five shows at the Houston Improv. $50 for two people; $100 for four people; $150 for six people. Preferred tables range from $70 to $210, based on the number of people. Showtimes vary.
- Front Lawn Film Nights: Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon Movie Screening at Asia Society Texas Center – Hit the lawn at Asia Society Texas Center for a screening of the Academy Award-winning, epic martial arts saga that tells the story of the mythical sword, “Green Destiny,” and those who wield it. $40 for a pod of four people; $30 for members. 8pm.
- Miller Outdoor Theatre presents An Evening with Christina Wells | Friday, June 25 | FREE | Virtual Option – Houston-native Christina Wells shot to national attention as a semifinalist on America’s Got Talent. Hear her share her stories and songs in this concert, which she calls her “love letter to Houston.” A livestream of the performance will be available on Miller Outdoor’s YouTube. Seating in the covered area requires free tickets that can be ordered online. Seating on the hill is free and does not require ticketing. 8:30pm.
- Pride Pop-Up Pool Party at El Segundo Swim Club in East End | Saturday, June 26 – Take a dip at this all-afternoon swim party in the Second Ward, with drinks, reserved lounges, and more. Advance tickets are $25; $35 at the door. 2pm to 8pm.
- Boom Shaka Lager Fest at Urban South HTX Brewery | Saturday, June 26 – Celebrate all things lager when 20+ breweries from around Texas come together to showcase their favorites near Washington Ave. $25. 2pm to 8pm.
- Punks & Pints Fest 2021, featuring Los Skarnales, The Dead Rabbits, O’Doyle Rules, and more at Spindletap Brewery | Saturday, June 26 – Headlined by Los Skarnales, some of Houston’s punk bands assemble for this celebration of Spindeltap’s newest IPA release, with burlesque performances and a set by DJ Fermented also on tap. Tickets start at $15. 2pm to 9pm.
- Houston SaberCats vs. Utah Warriors at Aveva Stadium | Saturday, June 26 – Take one last look at the SaberCats when they play their final home rugby game of the season at Aveva Stadium in South Houston. Tickets start at $15; $8 for ages 8 to 15. 7pm.
- Pride Night: Houston Dash vs. Orlando Pride at BBVA Stadium | Saturday, June 26 – The Dash host the Alex Morgan-led Pride for Pride Night, with a special Pride-themed t-shirt giveaway to the first 3,000 fans through the gates. Tickets start at $15, but you may find better, cheaper, or hard-to-get seats using the TicketNetwork online marketplace. 7:30pm.
- Chicago at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion | Sunday, June 27 – Jam out to greatest hits like “Look Away” and “If You Leave Me Now” from Rock ‘N’ Roll Hall of Famers, Chicago, when they take the stage at the Pavilion in the Woodlands. This show was originally scheduled for June 26, 2020. Tickets range from $30.50 to $130.50, but you may find cheaper or better seats on TicketNetwork’s resale site. 6:30pm.
