• Houston Restaurant Weeks at Multiple Locations | Daily | Opening Weekend – The Houston Food Bank’s biggest fundraiser returns for another year, offering a month-plus of tasty and charitable food and drink. Over 200 local restaurants are lined up to offer prix fixe meals for brunch, lunch and dinner (and even to-go), with a set dollar donation from each meal sold benefiting the Houston Food Bank and its mission to end hunger and provide food for better lives. Prices are $25 for brunch and lunch, $39 or $55 for dinner. Times vary by location.
• Sugar Land Space Cowboys vs. Tacoma Rainiers at Constellation Field | Daily – Tacoma spends a week in Sugar Land, with plenty of fan giveaways throughout the weekend. The first 3,000 fans on Friday will take home an Alex Bregman World Series ring, lucky fans on Saturday will snag a Space Cowboys western jersey, and Sunday features a Space Cowboys belt buckle up for grabs. $9 and up. • Houston Texans Training Camp at NRG Stadium | Friday & Saturday – Fans can flock to NRG for back-to-back days of practices open to the public. Friday morning features a special military and first responders appreciation event, and Saturday pushes practice into the evening hours for the only night practice of training camp. Free with advance ticket. Friday 9am; Saturday 6pm.
• Comedian Matteo Lane at Houston Improv | Friday & Saturday – Oil painter, opera singer and stand-up comedian that’s appeared across the late night talk show circuit, Matteo Lane has cultivated a faithful following eager to hear his lively anecdotes and observations of the world around him. $120 for 4, and up. Times vary.

Journey to Isla Nubar in this Jurassic World adventure that takes a wild turn in a live arena show. Watch as Blue the Raptor, the mighty T. • The Riot Comedy Club presents Devon Walker at Rudyard’s Pub | Friday & Saturday – The Texas native and recent addition to the Saturday Night Live cast, writer and comedian Devon Walker heads upstairs at Ruds for back-to-back nights of stand-up hilarity. $20 and up. 7pm and 9pm.
• Abilities Expo at NRG Center | Friday to Sunday | FREE – This free expo aims to connect the public with the latest products, technologies and resources that meet the needs of people of all ages that live with disabilities. Find out how to engage in adaptive sports, dance groups, and many other inclusive activities through demonstrations and informative workshops. Free with registration. Friday and Saturday 11am to 5pm; Sunday 11am to 4pm.
• 46th Annual Harvest Festival at Messina Hof Estate Winery & Resort | Friday to Sunday – The Bryan winery opens the harvest season with daytime and evening harvest events where you can pluck grapes and stomp them into mush. The opening weekend also features a cellar tour and dinner on Saturday, and a tasting of port cocktails on Sunday that features picked and stomped grapes from the 2020 season. Prices vary, starting at $40. Times vary.

• The Octarine Accord presents The Honeycomb Trilogy at MATCH | Daily | Ongoing – These three, two-hour plays tell the story of an alien invasion of the planet Earth over 20 years, chronicling how Ronnie Cook and her younger brother Abbie meet its challenges. $40 and up. Times vary.
• Stages presents Always…Patsy Cline at the Gordy | Daily | Ongoing – Celebrating its 35th anniversary, this musical biography features 27 of the iconic country singer’s hits, while showcasing her rise to stardom in the 1960s. It’s also the story of the friendship between Cline and Houston native Louise Seger, who met the singer in a Bayou City honky tonk. $48 and up. Showtimes vary.
• Houston Shakespeare Festival presents Macbeth & Much Ado About Nothing at Miller Outdoor Theatre | Thursday to Saturday | Final Weekend – This annual celebration of the Bard’s greatest works is back in Hermann Park. Macbeth is a story of madness, murder and power, while Much Ado About Nothing is a battle-of-the-sexes comedy. The shows are presented in repertory on alternating nights. 8:15pm.
• Catastrophic Theatre presents Tamarie’s Totally True Revue (Plus Lies, Too) at MATCH | Thursday to Saturday | Final Weekend – The irrepressible Tamarie Cooper is back for this year’s summer revue spectacular. Cooper and her band of misfits explore twisted encounters with Tinkerbell, Ben Franklin, Pinocchio, Kenny Rogers and more on this epic, all-musical journey.
