Get your taste buds and other senses firing as the Houston Hot Sauce Festival returns with salsa and fiery food tastings, treats, live music, games and more on Saturday, September 19 and Sunday, September 20, 2015.
Visitors can sample and find hundreds of award-winning fiery products, like hot sauces, salsas, marinades, chips, dips, jams, spices and more.
You can test your tolerance (or kick back and watch other brave souls test theirs) at the lolly lick-a-thon and salsa-eating competitions. Visitors can also meed lead guitarist of Guns N’ Roses, Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal, and try his award-winning hot sauces.
Children’s entertainment includes free face painting, an arts and crafts station, games like a balloon toss, and fire eating by the Pyro Juggler.
Live music will be provided by Great Scott and The Almighties and there will be plenty of vendors offering clothing, jewelry and other goodies for sale.
