Uncover a virtual soundtrack along the Buffalo Bayou trail system at forty musical stops with ROCO on Buffalo Bayou, available to listen through Thursday, December 31, 2020.
In celebration of the Buffalo Bayou Partnership’s fifth anniversary, ROCO has released a virtual soundtrack, drawing from fifteen years of live performance recordings, which can be brought to life at forty designated stops along the Buffalo Bayou trail system.
Located at landmarks and public art works, visitors will find QR codes that play a specially selected piece of music performed by ROCO, curated for that location. Click here to see a full map of the ROCO on Buffalo Bayou stops.
To get you started, you can swing by the Waugh Bat Bridge to hear “Flying Sirto” by Erberk Eryilmaz, Shostakovich’s “Ballet Suite” at the Sesquicentennial Park Monument, Brad Sayles’ “Buffalo Bayou Suite” near John Runnels’ steel canoe sculptures and more at forty stops along Buffalo Bayou.
