Celebrate the harvest season in India with food, music and dance during Houston Holi: The Festival of Colors at Houston Farm and Ranch on Sunday, March 22, 2015.
The largest Holi celebration in the nation, Houston Holi attracts more than 10,000 people each year to join the lively family-friendly party. Attendees get blasted with color, see live Bollywood dance and music performances, sample delicious Indian food, join three different DJ-led dance parties, take in a cultural show and much more.
The festival of colors is fun for people of all ages and walks of life offering a full day of exciting events and performances to celebrate the harvest season in India.
Guests are encouraged to wear white, as they will throw and be covered in brightly colored powder – an organic, non-toxic substance made from herbs.
You’ll want to stick around until the end of the event as the battle of the DJs and a rain dance conclude the days’ festivities.
