  • Hands-On Hanukkah at the Children’s Museum of Houston | Thursday, December 3 | FREE – Pose for a picture with Danny the Dreidel, make your own infused olive oil, get your face painted and more during this family-friendly Hanukkah celebration. 5pm to 8pm.
  • Chanukah Fest 2015 at City Hall | Sunday, December 6 | FREE – Join Chabad Outreach for games and activities, a fireworks show, Judah the Maccabbee live statue, menorah lighting, food and live entertainment including a concert from 8th Day during Chanukah Fest 2015. Kids will love the jugglers, balloon artists and face painters. 2pm to 6pm.
  • Chanukah in Outer Space at Baybrook Mall | Monday, December 7 – Watch a mad science show, enjoy doughnuts, latkes and chocolate gelt, enter the raffle for NASA tours and witness the lighting of the mega space menorah – all at the Chanukah in Outer Space event at Baybrook Mall. 6:30pm.
  • Giant Menorah Lighting Celebration in Sugar Land | Monday, December 7 | FREE – Bring the whole family to Sugar Land’s Town Square to light the giant menorah and enjoy arts & crafts, music, dancing, treats and more. 7pm.
  • Chanukah on Fire in Uptown Park | Tuesday, December 8 – Uptown Park will host the second annual Chanukah on Fire celebration complete with a fire show by Darryl Cleveland, inflatables, kids crafts and vendors selling refreshments and gifts. 6:30pm.
  • Chanukah on the Strand in Galveston | Wednesday, December 9 – On the fourth night of Chanukah, head to Saengerfest Park in Galveston for Jewish folk music, a moon bounce, hot doughnuts and latkes and the lighting of a menorah. 7pm.
  • Hoops for Hanukkah at Toyota Center | Saturday, December 12 – Cheer for the Rockets as they take on the Lakers from Los Angeles during Hoops for Hanukkah. Your ticket includes a t-shirt, on court menorah lighting, exclusive meet and greet and post game free throws on the court. $35. 7pm.
  • Pearland Menorah Lighting | Sunday, December 13 – Bundle up and visit the outdoor pavilion at Pearland Town Center for music, doughnuts, latkes, chocolate gelt and a menorah lighting. 5:30pm.
