Raise a glass of pilsner, lager, sour, or wild beer at an all-day, extended-hours (and extremely Covid-delayed) celebration of the opening of the EaDo brewery founded by 4 NASA guys on Saturday, September 25, 2021 from 11am to 1am.

True Anomaly Brewing, which opened in spring of 2019, would have hosted its first anniversary party in late March 2020. Now the team is throwing its much delayed, first ever anniversary celebration 2.5-ish years after opening.

The day-long celebration, with extended hours, will include brunch from South HTX, live music all-day, special bottle releases, a tasty boozy ice cream, a silent auction benefiting the Sanctuary Foster Care Services, and more surprises.
