WWE Monday Night Raw at Toyota Center | Monday – WWE superstars return to Toyota Center for a live broadcast of the popular weekly Monday Night Raw. True fans also won’t want to miss the WWE Monday Night Raw After Party at Social Beer Garden following the event, or the separate, but connected WWE Presents NXT Live at 713 Music Hall on Tuesday night. $92+. 6:30pm.

International Tequila Day around Houston | Thursday to Sunday – Thursday celebrates one of Houston’s famous libations, and you can find special drink opportunities into the weekend. Original Ninfa’s on Navigation and in Uptown will feature a special menu for the day, while La Calle Tacos in Downtown and Midtown offers half off all tequila and margarita flights and $5.99 frozen margs. On Thursday and Friday, Willie’s Grill and Icehouse locations will offer tequila drinks and margaritas starting at $3. And Arnaldo Richards’ Picos will showcase a special menu and different tequila tastings from Thursday to Sunday.

Houston Astros vs. Oakland Athletics at Daikon Park | Thursday to Sunday – The ‘stros battle the boys from the Bay Area in Downtown. $24+. Times vary.

5th Annual Melanin Minds Mental Health Conference at GreenStreet | Friday to Sunday – The 3-day conference returns to Downtown focusing on Black professional development, mental health, wellness and personal growth. $75 for a single day; $200 for all weekend, with discounts for ages 12 to 18, students, ages 60+. Times vary.

Stages: Honky Tonk Laundry at The Gordy | Friday to Sunday – It’s debut week for the musical incorporating the songs of Dolly Parton, Trisha Yearwood and more country superstars to tell the story of Lana Mae, who inherits the Wishy Washy Washeteria from her grandmother. $25+. Times vary.

​​For the Love of Charlie: Benefit Show & Fundraiser at Axelrad | Thursday | No Cover – Join a benefit for Charlie Eddy, to help fund his battle with the most aggressive type of brain tumor, with an art show and auction and lineup of 7 groups picked by his family. Donations invited. 7pm to midnight. 

Christmas in July at Saint Arnold Brewing | Friday | No Cover – Enjoy a fresh batch of Christmas Ale and Sailing Santa—a hoppy blend of Christmas Ale and Elissa IPA—visit with Santa Claus, and pick up some holiday merch. 4pm to 11pm; Santa 4pm to 7pm. 

Military Appreciation Night: Houston Dynamo FC vs. LA Galaxy at Shell Energy Stadium | Friday – Houston Dynamo FC salute the armed forces before and during the game where they’ll compete against the reigning MLS Cup champions, LA Galaxy. $25+. 7:30pm.

Morning Sessions Volume 003 at The Mood Room | Saturday | FREE with Early RSVP – The upbeat coffee and cocktail bar behind the Ironworks in Second Wards welcomes a morning, midday mashup with drinks, global music, run club, and more. 10am to 3pm.

Summer in Capri at Pizaro’s Pizza | Saturday | No Cover – Savor the flavors of Italy’s Amalfi coast at an afternoon of music, delicious food and good vibes at the West Gray restaurant. 1pm to 5pm.

Paella Sunday at Mutiny in the Heights | Sunday Chef Eduardo Alcayaga slow-cooks his signature seasonal paella Valenciana on the patio for a laid-back summer afternoon. $38 paella plate, $15 optional Spanish wine pairing by the glass. Reservations required. 1pm and 4pm.

The Blacksmith Screening with Boomtown Bass Band at Cullen Hall at UST | Sunday | FREE – Houston’s own Boomtown Brass Band performs their original score for the 21-minute, 1922 Buster Keaton silent comedy classic. 7pm.
