  • A Christmas Story: The Musical at The Hobby Center |Tuesday, December 15 through Sunday, December 20 – Tap your toes at this stage adaptation of the classic 1983 film about Ralphie Parker’s quest to get a Red Ryder BB Gun for Christmas. Tickets start at $37; limited discount tickets start at $21 for select shows. Showtimes vary.
  • Nature Storytime at Nature Discovery Center | Wednesday, December 16 | FREE – Explore nature and take in a story at this free, one-hour weekly event for preschoolers and their caregivers. 4pm.

  • Star Wars Galactic Gatherings at Alamo Drafthouse | Thursday, December 17 to Sunday, December 20 – Get ready for Star Wars: The Force Awakens with a mariachi band playing classic Star Wars tracks at Alamo Drafthouse Vintage Park and enjoy the may Star Wars activities at all locations. Children must be at least 6 for movie admission. The event is free, but tickets are required to enter the theaters.
