  • Jack Ingram with Waylon Payne at the Heights Theater | Wednesday, December 1 – The country singer-songwriter from the Woodlands swings through the Heights for a night of songs from his latest releases, Ridin’ High…Again and The Marfa Tapes. Tickets range from $24 to $384 for preferred seating. 8pm.
  • Red Bull Soundclash: The Suffers vs. Tank and the Bangas at Bayou Music Center | Thursday, December 2 – A unique live concert experience, the Red Bull Soundclash pits two bands against one another across four rounds, each hoping to whip the crowd into a frenzy more than the other. Houston will see local soul extraordinaires, the Suffers take on the Grammy-nominated funk group out of New Orleans. Tickets are $20.26. 8pm.
  • Billy Strings at White Oak Music Hall | Thursday, December 2 – The Grammy-winning bluegrass guitarist heads out on the road to perform his latest album, Renewal. Tickets are sold out at the venue, but you may find hard-to-get seats using the TicketNetwork online marketplace. 6:30pm.
  • Tay Money in Concert at Warehouse Live | Thursday, December 2 – Texas native and breakout rap star Tay Money headlines at Warehouse Live. The “Bussin” rapper will be joined by Lil Earl and Huncho Da Rockstar as support. Tickets range from $20 to $100. 8:30pm.
  • The Garden with Dr. Know at White Oak Music Hall | Friday, December 3 – The experimental rock duo of Wyatt and Fletcher Shears come to the downstairs stage at White Oak for a night of songs from their 2020 album, Kiss My Super Bowl Ring, and earlier work. Tickets are $18 in advance, $20 day of the show. 8pm.
  • DJ Diesel (Shaquille O’Neal) at Sekai Day & Night | Friday, December 3 – The Big Fella arrives in H-Town with four rings, two turntables and a microphone for a DJ set that’s brought the legendary NBA player to the stages of Lollapalooza, Tommorowland, and many other places. Tickets are $40; VIP tables with various perks are also available. 10pm.
  • W&W at Stereo Live | Friday, December 3 – The Dutch DJ duo ranks inside the Top 15 in DJ Magazine and will bring a pulse-pounding set of new songs from the Rave Culture label to the stage in West Houston. Tickets are $20. 10pm.
  • KSBJ presents For King & Country’s A Drummer Boy Christmas at Toyota Center | Saturday, December 4 – The Christian pop duo, For King & Country, performs songs from their latest holiday album, A Drummer Boy Christmas, which rose to No. 2 on the Billboard Top Christian Albums chart. Tickets are sold out at the venue, but you may find hard-to-get seats using the TicketNetwork online marketplace. 7pm.
  • Devin the Dude at Scout Bar | Saturday, December 4 – The legendary Houston rapper brings songs from his latest release, Soulful Distance, and other fan faves to the stage in Clear Lake along with special guests NevFold, Byrd the Ghost, Chutes McGoo, Big Baby, Face, and more. Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door. 10pm.
  • August Burns Red at House of Blues | Sunday, December 5 – The metalcore band stops by Downtown’s House of Blues to perform their breakthrough album, Leveler, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. Tickets are $27.50. 6pm.
  • Chris Mitchell presents White Christmas at Hobby Center | Sunday, December 5 – Swoon to the sounds of jazz saxophonist Chris Mitchell as he delivers renditions of seasonal favorites like “White Christmas” and “Let it Snow.” Tickets start at $72. 7pm.
