Unearth the history of Tomball while taking in period homes, exhibits, artifacts and more at the Tomball Museum Center.
Located approximately 45 minutes from Downtown Houston, the Tomball Museum Center is a time capsule for 19th century Texas between the fascinating collection of local historical memorabilia and stories.
The collection features twelve structures including a furnished Victorian home, a mid-1800 furnished farmhouse, an early 1900 church, a country doctor’s office and a one-room school.
While you’re there check out the collection’s Farm Museum, which houses a late-19th-century cotton gin, wagons, antique farm equipment and more.
