- Comedian Felipe Esparza at Houston Improv | Friday to Sunday – Crack up through the weekend when comedian, actor, and winner of Last Comic Standing, Felipe Esparza hits Houston Improv for five socially-distanced shows of hilarious stand-up material. $120 to $180; sold by the table. - Houston Symphony presents Hollywood Serenade: The Artistry of Caroline Campbell at Jones Hall | Friday to Sunday | Virtual Option – Watch the familiar songs of Hollywood come to life when the Houston Symphony performs film classics with violinist Caroline Campbell’s show-stopping flair, including faves like “Love Theme” from The Godfather, the popular tango Por una Cabeza” from Scent of a Woman and more. This event will also be held online on Saturday, April 17. $34 to $115; virtual tickets are $20. Showtimes vary.

With positions ranging from crew members to general managers, neighborhood McDonald’s across the city are accepting applications for nearly 2,500 positions as part of a state-wide hiring effort. - Final Day of Aimbridge Hospitality’s Hiring Event at Hyatt Regency Houston Intercontinental Airport – Interview for one of 1,000 positions at hotels in the Greater Houston area, in housekeeping, food and beverage, front office, management, and supervisory posts. 10am to 3pm.
