- The Greatest Catch MVP Day Party: Reigning Super Bowl Champions Edition at The Belvedere – Revel at a Saturday afternoon party hosted by wide receivers Emmanuel Sanders (NFL All-Pro) and Demaryius Thomas of the Denver Broncos, plus more of their NFL buddies. There will be plenty of day drinking and dancing with tunes spun by DJ Baby Yu. RSVP for $20 admission if you arrive before 3pm; $25 general admission before Thursday, February 2. - UFC Fight Night: Dennis Bermudez vs. Chan Sung Jung at Toyota Center – UFC is back with the return of “The Korean Zombie” Chan Sung Jung, who will battle featherweight contender Dennis Bermudez in his first bout since completing two years of military service. Tickets are TBA, but you may find cheaper or better seats on TicketNetwork’s online resale market. 6pm.
- The Johns at Studio 101 – Mildred’s Umbrella brings this story about sex trafficking to the stage at Studio 101 for three weeks of performances. This performance is intended for mature audiences only. $25. 8pm.
- An Evening with Sophia Loren at The Grand – Spend the evening with Oscar-winning actress Sophia Loren when she comes to The Grand in Galveston. Tickets start at $55. 8pm.
- Official Maxim Party 2017 at Smart Financial Centre – Experience the Maxim rage during this milestone weekend of sports and over-the-top events in Houston. The Maxim Super Bowl Party combines art, fashion, music, and sports for the ultimate immersive and exciting party with interactive areas, live artistic vignettes, and celebrity music performances. - 50 Cent Gold Carpet Celebrity Bash at Belvedere – Atlanta V103’s own Ryan Cameron emcees an evening featuring 50 Cent, live and in person, at this ATL to HOU event. More than 30 NFL players are confirmed. RSVP for $30 admission if you arrive before 10pm; $50 general admission. 10pm to 2am.
- Taylor Swift in Concert at Club Nomadic – “Shake It Off” when pop superstar Taylor Swift hits the stage at Club Nomadic in Downtown for the big game weekend. This event is invitation only. 9pm.

- Super Beef Sunday at Saint Arnold Brewery – For the big game, Saint Arnold Brewing Company is focusing on BBQ at their 4th annual Super Beef Sunday. Legendary Louie Mueller BBQ will be here alongside Pinkerton’s Barbecue and Harlem Road Texas BBQ doing what they do best. Tickets are $50, not including ticket fees. 11am to 2pm.
- Painting Class at Southern Star Brewing – Sign your kids up for a 1pm painting party or sign yourself up for the 4:30pm class while you enjoy craft beer at Southern Star Brewery. Classes start at $20, not including ticket fees. 1pm and 4:30pm.
- ATL to Houston Sunday Funday: Big Game Watch Party at Belvedere – Chill and watch the Super Bowl with music from hot DJs from Houston, Dallas, and Atlanta. Free admission until 3pm. 2pm to 9pm.
- Small Jokes about Monsters at the Docks – Landing Theatre Company presents this story of family secrets following the death of its patriarch. Intended for mature audiences. 3pm.
- Big Game Bash Block Party at Lucky’s Pub | FREE to Attend – Join Sportsmonkey in their MVP Zone starting at 3pm and celebrate the Big Game in a private area with a commemorative pint glass, t-shirt and drinks. The event will feature an appearance by the Budweiser Clydesdales, the Bud-n-Boiling truck, grub from Pappa Charlie’s BBQ, and DJ Booth Pimps spinning pre and post game. 3pm to 11pm.
- Super Bowl LI at NRG Stadium – The New England Patriots will take on the Atlanta Falcons during Super Bowl LI at NRG. Official ticket packages are available starting at $5,799, but you may find hard-to-get or better seats on TicketNetwork’s resale marketplace. 5:30pm.
- Big Game Afterparty at Belvedere – Keep the fun going after the big game with drinks and DJ’s at Belvedere’s afterparty in Uptown Park. $10 before 10pm with RSVP; $20 after 10pm. 10pm.
