  • Outdoor Houston Landmarks & Art Installations Inside the Loop | No Cover – Explore Inner Loop H-Town, and snap some sweet IG photos, at 10 of our favorite destinations for art and impressive structures. Dusk to dawn.
  • Japhet Creek Park in the East End | FREE Take a look at the peaceful corner of the East End, complete with overhead bench and creek, at the emerging Japhet Creek Park in the East End. Dusk to dawn.
  • Labor Day at Rienzi Gardens | FREE – Take part in a garden-inspired Labor Day celebration for the whole family at the Rienzi. Experience Rienzi’s gardens in person and use your smartphone to access the special audio guide. 10am to 5pm. 
  • Labor Day Brunch at The General Public Make your way to CityCentre when The General Public, a tavern-style restaurant with classic American eats, hosts a Labor Day Brunch featuring $1 mimosas. 11am to 2:30pm.
  • Monday Market on the Bayou at Raven Tower | No Cover –Stop by an evening artisanal market near the Woodland Heights to peruse fine art, delicious produce, and more local goods from vendors at this in-person pop-up market outside of White Oak Music Hall’s Raven Tower. 4pm to 8pm.
  • Labor Day Three-Course Dinner at The Oceanaire Choose one starter, entree, and dessert with choices from chowder and crispy fried calamari to grilled wild Alaskan salmon, center-cut filet, and flourless chocolate torte. $39 per person. Optional bottle of wine from $59 to $99. 4pm to 8pm.
  • Horton Hears a Who Movie Screening at the Drive-In at Sawyer Yards Catch the animated, family-friendly take on Dr. Seuss’s tale about a an elephant who hears a lot more to be concerned about, and then does something about it against. Vehicle tickets start at $29. 8pm.
  • Hope Floats Movie Screening at Sawyer Yards Sandra Bullock and Harry Connick, Jr. navigate a return to small-town life in Texas. Vehicle tickets start at $29. 10:30pm.
