Crack up at The Riot Comedy Show’s nights of laughs at Rudyard’s this fall

Laugh at some of the best in Texas comedy at The Riot Comedy Show series, presenting different comics at Rudyard’s Pub—and streaming online—on select Saturday nights though Saturday, December 19, 2020.

Created by Brian Gendron and Haris Sayani, The Riot Comedy Show presents live humor and comedy mixed with a variety show spin. It carries on a more than 30 year tradition of live comedy in the newly renovated upstairs comedy room at Rudyard’s Pub in Montrose.

Every date scheduled features a new comedy headliner and program, with some surprise twists, so return visitors will always find something new to crack them up.

All shows are presented live and in person, with socially distanced tables, and also available via livestream on YouTube.

Limited tickets for range $10 to $80 for a table; $10 for live stream access on YouTube.

  • Roxxy Haze & Roast Battle Invitational Tournament | Saturday, October 24, 2020 – Eight comics go head to head in a hilarious effort to earn the Riot Roast Battle Challis. The early show also features the battle, plus geek culture comedian Roxxy Haze, while the late show features sets by comics from the early show battle. 8pm and 10pm.
  • The Whiskey Brothers | Saturday, November 7, 2020 – Catch the team behind the smash hit podcast Whiskey Brothers—Slade Ham, Rob Mungle, Sam Demaris, and Tre Tutson—live on stage for an uproarious night of stand-up comedy. 7pm and 9pm.
  • Canice Nnanna | Saturday, November 21, 2020 – Named one the “Funniest Comedians in Texas”, Canice Nnanna has performed across the U.S., with appearances in Canada, Mexico, and Jamaica. He also teaches people how to be successful in their 20s while co-hosting the ShortKut podcast. 7pm and 9pm.
  • Daryl Felsberg | Saturday, December 5, 2020 – The larger-than-life comic Felsberg tells stories of his kids and home life, rants about social media and people, spins well-crafted and precise jokes, and completely improved streams of consciousness. 7pm and 9pm.
  • TBA | Saturday, December 19, 2020 – Mark your calendars, as Gendron and Sayani are finalizing booking details with a headliner and program to close out The Riot Comedy Show’s 2020 season. 7pm and 9pm.
