Check out the original photography and works created by Larry Garmezy at Private Spaces, a free art exhibition inside The Cloister in Downtown, on view during weekday lunch hours through Wednesday, March 29, 2023.

Also home to Treebeards Restaurant, The Cloister at Christ Church Cathedral is showcasing Garmezy’s unique and playful artworks.

From his favorite haunts in the Northern Rockies to his backyard in Houston and points in between, Garmezy’s images are typically impressions or abstractions of landscapes distorted by physical processes that create surprising and fleeting patterns.

Garmezy will be on hand during lunch to discuss his work on many Tuesdays and Fridays during the exhibition.

Visitors are encouraged to enjoy lunch at Treebeards during their visit.
