Specialty Cocktails at State Fare
In addition to the bourbon specials, Cherry Pie Hospitality’s Laurie Harvey has created her own specialty drinks inspired by the big game.
Fire and Damnation is her own spin, and improvement on, the popular Fireball liquor. It’s made from Wild Turkey Rye and Wild Turkey 101 mixed and chilled with red hots, cinnamon sticks, cayenne pepper, and more.
The T&C Pirate is made from Cruzan Black Strap Rum, topped with Houston’s own Town & City Lager beer (brewed in the Houston Heights).
State Fare Kitchen & Bar is a member of the Cherry Pie Hospitality family of restaurants, which includes Lee’s Fried Chicken & Donuts, Petite Sweets, and Pi Pizza.
