Savor a “Super” shot of Pappy Van Winkle at State Fare

Savor Pappy Van Winkle bourbon and specialty cocktails at State Fare Kitchen & Bar in Memorial City starting Wednesday, February 1, 2017 until it sells out. 

Raise a shot of Buffalo Trace’s hard-to-find, and always in demand, Pappy Van Winkle bourbon during Super Bowl weekend at State Fare.

There will be two bottles on hand: Van Winkle Special Reserve 12 Year and Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year.

Shots will range from $40 to $60 each and will be sold first come, first serve until the bottles are empty.

Specialty Cocktails at State Fare

In addition to the bourbon specials, Cherry Pie Hospitality’s Laurie Harvey has created her own specialty drinks inspired by the big game.

Fire and Damnation is her own spin, and improvement on, the popular Fireball liquor. It’s made from Wild Turkey Rye and Wild Turkey 101 mixed and chilled with red hots, cinnamon sticks, cayenne pepper, and more.

The T&C Pirate is made from Cruzan Black Strap Rum, topped with Houston’s own Town & City Lager beer (brewed in the Houston Heights).
