Discover interactive, inspiring, altruistic, and bonding experiences in nature at the first-of-its-kind Mother’s Day Walk: Nature & Nurture for a Cause at Houston Botanic Garden on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 12, 2024.

Unlike the typical sit-down brunches and meals, the Mother’s Day Walk is a completely new and unique walk and wellness day, packed with clever surprises and delights.

It’s designed to help moms and family members of all ages unwind, be inspired, connect, and enjoy each other’s company amidst the countless moments of shared discovery.

While exploring along the almost two-mile, immersive, self-paced walk through Houston Botanic Garden’s serene beauty, families will experience connection along with shared inspiration and happy moments.

And, of course, food trucks and vendors will be on site to take care of those lunchtime cravings. A hosted lunch by Bollo is also included with the VIP option (see below for more deets).

Along the journey, there will be captivating art, thought-provoking installations, ongoing yoga classes, complimentary wellness treatments, opportunities to serve, music, nature play areas, pop-up installations designed for kids with many interests, and more.

Elevating Mom with a VIP Experience

An optional VIP experience also includes access to two climate-controlled tents, lunch bites from Bollo, complimentary beauty treatments by BloBar Memorial and Post Oak, wellness treatments by Albi Wellness Center, a professional photo shoot with immediate access to photos, swag bags full of gifts for the first 100 guests, preferred parking for the first 50 vehicles, and more.

Perhaps most importantly for some families, the VIP Experience also includes access to a golf cart shuttle around the ground, as available.

Supporting Houston Moms in Need

The walk is a wellness experience in nature for moms, designed by moms, and in support of moms in need.
