Located within the Rice University campus, the multi-faceted Moody Center for the Arts serves as a platform for presenting works in all disciplines, provides a teaching space that promotes new modes of learning, and encourages creative partnerships with visiting artists.

Designed by renowned Los Angeles-based architect Michael Maltzan, the 50,000 square-foot building features bold geometric shapes, large windows that allow for picturesque views of both the building’s interior and the campus outside, as well as an open floorplan that highlights the exhibition spaces and artistic process inside classrooms.

Visitors can look forward to free exhibitions, events and more programming throughout the year at this teaching space that promotes campus and community collaboration.
