Stroll amongst giant white bunnies, by night or day, at Amanda Parer’s temporary art installation Intrude, located at 1600 Smith Street in Downtown Houston through Saturday evening, May 14, 2016.

The installation features a colony of massive, white, inflatable rabbits on the lawn of the Downtown office destination. Sewn from white nylon and lit from within, the bunnies take on an ephemeral glow as the sun goes down.

The bunnies are the creation the Australian-born artist Parer, and were brought to Houston by Arts Brookfield, the cultural arm of global real estate corporation Brookfield.

The Houston installation is part of a traveling four-city tour sponsored by Arts Brookfield. Other stops are in New York City, Denver and Los Angeles. Parer’s bunnies have been previously installed in 19 major cities around the world, including London, Perth, Paris, and Boston.
