Grab your seat to experience the 90-member strong Hungarian State Folk Ensemble performing authentic and spectacular dances of their native land for one night only at Jones Hall on Friday, October 11, 2013 at 8pm.

Hailing from Budapest, where alone they perform almost 100 times a year, this large dance group is one of the most renowned interpreters of its native dance traditions. Accompanying them are the Folk Orchestra and Gipsy Orchestra, two ensembles playing the extraordinary folk music that inspired Liszt, Bartók and Kodály live on authentic Hungarian instruments.
