Learn to run over, around, and on Houston’s streets, parks, and buildings with classes and training from Urban Movement Downtown and in the Heights.
Embrace the “Yamak” spirit and practice the urban movement style of parkour with Houston’s own specialized coaches at Urban Movement. The fitness and training program offers classes indoors and outdoors in the Heights and in Downtown. Workouts and classes focus on conditioning, repetition, and controlled motion and help students develop their own creative and fluid style of movement.
Houston parkour classes vary between indoor and outdoor classes and are offered throughout the week – except Wednesdays – and on Saturdays. Youth classes for ages 7 to 13 are offered Friday evenings at 5:30pm and last for one hour and 15 minutes.
