Experience larger-than-life entertainers from many genres when they take the main stage for 2023 Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo concerts, from Tuesday, February 28 to Sunday, March 19, 2023.
After a successful return in 2022, the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo again gets into full swing with a new slate of concerts featuring Rodeo debuts and familiar faves.
Whether you’re into country, hip-hop, pop, Norteño or EDM, this year’s lineup is sure to have something for everyone.
2023 Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Concert Lineup
Tickets to each performance include access to the rodeo fairgrounds, which open at 8am.
Concerts will follow each night’s rodeo competitions, which begin around 6:45pm on weekdays and 3:45pm on weekends. Performers typically take the stage around 9pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends, but that can occur earlier or later depending on the competitions that precede the musical performance.
Week of Tuesday, February 28, 2023
- Opening Day: Parker McCollum at NRG Stadium | Tuesday, February 28 – For the second consecutive year, the Conroe native known for hits like “Pretty Heart,” “Hell of a Year” and “Like a Cowboy” returns to the Rodeo, this time to kick off the three weeks of festivities. - Armed Forces Appreciation Day: Brooks & Dunn at NRG Stadium | Wednesday, March 1 – The legendary “Boot Scootin’ Boogie” country duo headlines Armed Forces Appreciation Day in what will be their 20th appearance at HLSR. - Black Heritage Day: Bun B’s H-Town Takeover at NRG Stadium | Friday, March 3 – After a blowout debut performance in 2022, Bun B returns to the Rodeo stage, bringing with him a surprise lineup of local legends and a signature H-Town sound. - First Responders Day: Jason Aldean at NRG Stadium | Monday, March 6 – On a day that honors firefighters, EMS, public law enforcement and other emergency services, the country artist known for hits “You Make It Easy” and “Got What I Got” will take center stage for a Monday night concert. - New Kids on the Block at NRG Stadium | Tuesday, March 7 – The boy band heartthrobs of the ’80s and ’90s make their highly anticipated debut at the Rodeo, bringing all five original members to the stage. - Machine Gun Kelly at NRG Stadium | Tuesday, March 14 – Making his debut performance at the rodeo, the Houston-native is known for dabbling in genres, from hip-hop to alt rock, and will offer up songs from his Grammy-nominated, pop punk–tinged album, Mainstream Sellout, along with other fan faves.
