Swing by bars, restaurants and Minute Maid itself to party it up with ‘Stros diehards for every game of the 2023 MLB postseason.

Astros fans know that October brings postseason baseball to H-Town.

That means many of the city’s popular bars, breweries and restaurants are popping up with watch party plans, where you can catch all the action with fellow fanatics and enjoy specials during the game and all month long.

Of course, the best place to catch the series is at Minute Maid itself—provided you can score a hard-to-find ticket to the games.

Here are 15 places where you can see the Houston Astros on their journey for another World Series berth.

2023 Houston Astros Postseason Specials & Watch Parties

  • Official Watch Parties at Minute Maid Park | Wednesday, October 18 to Friday, October 20 – When the Astros hit I-45 to face the Rangers, Minute Maid will open their doors to fans to catch all the action on El Grande. For away games in Arlington, you can claim a spot with a $1 voucher that’ll allow you stadium access and a chance to enjoy some festivities during the game. Wednesday and Thursday 7pm; Friday 4pm.
  • Postseason Cocktails & Complimentary Shuttle at the Original Ninfa’s on Navigation – Ninfa’s is offering up two craft cocktails to celebrate the Astros run; For the H blends mezcal and El Jimador Silver with a twist of apricot and simple syrup, and Crush City builds orange flavors on top of Bacardi rum. Plus, if you’re headed to the game, Ninfa’s is offering a free-to-ride shuttle to Minute Maid Park from the Navigation location, which runs continuously through the game from one hour before first pitch to one hour post-game. Cocktails are $13 each. Hours vary.
  • Watch Parties & YorBombs at Axelrad | No Cover – The neon garden of Axelrad will host watch parties throughout the postseason, where you can also order up YorBomb cocktails, a blue and orange frozen that’s half mango daiquiri and half Blue Hawaiian, available for $7 and up.   • Astros Bagels at Bagel Shop Bakery – The Bellaire bagel shop will put out their Astros Bagels throughout the postseason, giving customers a chance to snag the blue and orange–swirled creations to start their mornings. Prices and hours vary.
  • Catering Trays at the Waffle Bus Montrose – If you’re watching from the comfort of your home, then check out Waffle Bus’ home run of a spread for gameday action. The Montrose location is offering tenders and wings (regular and hot varieties) in packs of 20, starting at $35. You can also get two dozen cheeseburger sliders or fried chicken sliders for $48 each, plus sides like white cheddar mac and cheese, waffle fries and homemade coleslaw for an additional cost. Sunday to Thursday 11am to 10pm; Friday and Saturday 11am to midnight.

  • Taproom Screenings at 8th Wonder Brewery in EaDo – Just blocks away from Minute Maid, the iconic H-Town brewery opens the taproom and sprawling patios for more than 20 taps of cold brews and playoff baseball. Enjoy $5 pours of beer and infused seltzers, $4.20 game day shots at the distillery, and 20%-off all to-go packs of infused seltzers at the dispensary.
  • Pitch 25 in EaDo – This supersized sports bar from Brian Ching hosts all the postseason Astros action across many screens found throughout the outdoor seating areas and indoors.
  • East End Backyard in East End – Catch all the action at the laid-back East End Backyard, which will have TVs inside and outside going, a big screen playing the game with sound, and the occasional food truck dropping by throughout the week.
  • Free Milkshakes at the Burger Joint – When the Astros pop one over the fence, visitors at all locations of the Burger Joint will bring home a free milkshake coupon that offers you chance to try out the Crush City creamsicle shake, available during the playoffs. Hours vary.
  • $15 Astros Dog Combo at the Upside Pub in Garden Oaks – Enjoy bar specials at the Shepherd Drive drinkery during Astros playoff games, where you can savor a Crawford Bock with an Astros Dog for $15. Perfect for stress eating, the Astros Dog is a brisket hot dog wrapped in bacon, covered in queso in a toasted potato bun. Hours vary.

  • Bobcat Teddy’s Ice House in the Heights – The Heights dive will be running each game on all of its TV screens, indoors and on the spacious outdoor patio, along with Jell-o shots, specials on buckets, tacos and more.
  • Beer Garden Watch Parties at Saint Arnold Brewing Co. – Take in the Astros postseason on the big screen in the beer garden, with views of Minute Maid and the Downtown Skyline to boot. Check them out early in the playoffs and you might spot their limited annual release of Pumpkinator on the taps, plus many of their other ale and cider offerings to go with an elevated pub grub menu. Hours vary.
  • Flying Saucer Draught Emporium in Downtown – All the TVs will be tuned in to the game and you can take your pick from more than 80 beers and new selections on tap at the Downtown and Sugar Land locations of this longtime brew slinger, with an outpost just three blocks away from the action at Minute Maid.
  • Biggio’s in Downtown – The Downtown spot across from Discovery Green honors its namesake, ‘Stros legend Craig Biggio, by providing every minute of the playoffs on two 30-foot screens inside, along with plenty of lounge and booth seating, and delicious dishes.
  • Kirby Ice House at Multiple Locations – This spacious indoor/outdoor spot with three locations—Upper Kirby, the Woodlands and Memorial—will be showing all the games throughout the postseason, including on giant outdoor screens.
