Make a stop in the Museum District for a documentary screening on post-Minimalist artist Eva Hesse at the MFAH on Saturday, June 25 or Sunday, June 26, 2016.

Watch from the comfortable air-conditioned Brown Auditorium inside the Museum of Fine Arts Houston as Hesse’s pioneering efforts to establish the post-Minimalist movement are brought to life in this enthralling chronicle of the artist’s life.

The film addresses the many challenges faced by women artists in the years preceding the feminist movement. Saturday’s screening will be introduced by acclaimed art historian, Linda Shearer.
