Dine on southern coastal cuisine at Eleven:Eleven

Embark on an adventure of southern coastal cuisine with Executive Chef Kevin Bryant at Eleven:Eleven Restaurant and Bar in Montrose.

Update: Eleven:Eleven is permanently closed.

Eleven:Eleven opened on May 6, 2013 and it’s already earned rave reviews around town. Located in a former restaurant space on West Gray, there is little evidence of the former tenants. The interior has been completely redesigned and gives off a warm and modern feel with deep red walls and dark earth tones. The covered outdoor patio and exposed brick keep a degree of comfort and casualness to the restaurant.

Teaming with restauranteurs Joe Welborn and Joe Hausner, Chef Bryant has created a menu showcasing comfort food from the sea and a special raw bar. The menu will constantly be refreshed, but despite the focus on food from the sea, diners will be able to find gourmet salads and burgers, along with chicken, pork, beef, and vegetarian entrees. And if you just want to stop in for drinks, there’s a full bar.

The name of the restaurant refers the time 11:11pm, which Eleven:Eleven’s creators refer to as “The wishing hour.”
