- $2 BILL: A Two Dollar Comedy Show at The Secret Group – Laugh it up for $2 at The Secret Group when local comedians Victor Tran, Katie McGee, Mycal Dede, and Andrew Youngblood host a new line-up every Wednesday. Be sure to stay for drink specials and karaoke afterward. 8pm to 11pm.

- Katt Williams at Toyota Center – Laugh it up when the legendary stand-up comedian and world-renowned actor Katt Williams hits the stage at Toyota Center in Downtown. Tickets start at $52 but you may find cheaper or better seats on TicketNetwork’s online resale market. 8pm.

- Valentine’s Day Beer & Cheese Pairing at Saint Arnold Brewery – The oldest brewery in Texas is teaming up with local cheese purveyors, Houston Dairymaids, for a special V-Day beer and cheese tasting. A few cheesemakers will be on hand to discuss the cheeses, and Saint Arnold will be talking about the beers. Reservations are $25 per person. 3pm to 5pm.
- Dashboard Confessional in Concert at House of Blues – Get nostalgic when emo-pop band Dashboard Confessional plays at House of Blues in Downtown. Tickets start at $22, not including ticket fees. 6:30pm.
