Grab a fresh healthy dessert at Heights new vegan-friendly, gluten-free, vegetarian Popsicle shop.

They offer some traditional fruity flavor pops as well as unique flavors like the orange mint green tea, maple bacon with bourbon, smoked fig with cheese and even something called a cookie pop.

This is the perfect place to take a health conscience date who has a sweet tooth.

Located in an old church that seats up to 300 people, Opera in the Heights is one of only two opera houses left in Houston.

OH supports up-and-coming artists and offers a more intimate experience than you would find somewhere like the Houston Grand Opera.

Check out this hidden gem for a unique affordable date night option that most would find easy to skip over due to the unassuming location — which happens to be located just across Heights Boulevard from our third date night option.

Nestled in between the trees off of 11th near the running trail at Heights Boulevard, this cozy gem comes complete with a lovely patio and view of the runners nearby for great people watching.

On weekends, you can find local talent out on the patio, so be sure to check their event calendar to find out who’s playing next.

As for the goods, EQ’s serving up handcrafted specialty beverages made with locally roasted bold flavored coffee beans, wine, beer, and they’ve also got a slew of different food items.

Whether its breakfast, lunch or dinner time you’ll find something nourishing that’s sure to impress your taste buds and your dates.
