
Savor a four-course menu featuring some of Triniti’s most popular menu items from its first four years at a birthday pop-up dinner on Wednesday, December 23, 2015; the night before Christmas Eve.
Triniti is continuing its annual birthday celebration with a special one-night menu just before Christmas.
This year, the four-course family style meal will feature a collection of the restaurant’s “greatest hits” over the last four years.
Menu at Christmas Eve Eve Triniti Birthday Dinner
- First Course – Caesar salad; burrata and lentils; oysters two ways; and steak tartare.
- Second Course – Dirty risotto; sweet potato gnocchi and pulled pork with red wine cremini and roasted carrots; roasted beats with pancetta caramel, salted sweet potato tart and goat’s milk ricotta; and sausage and peppers, glazed pearl onions, bourbon bbq, whole grain muster and trini mustard with crusty bread.
- Third Course – Rib roast with horseradish onion jam and steak sauce; cider-brined rack of pork, apple sauce and glazed apples; roasted chicken with citrus, garlic and walnuts; Grilled red snapper; and peanut meuniere.
- Dessert – Cakes; cookies and milk; pies; and ice cream by Sam
