Jubilee, the new “Joyful neighborhood” in Hockley, northwest of Houston, celebrates its grand opening with a special preview event exclusively for realtors.

The event will debut Jubilee, the newest community by Johnson Development, and feature free food and drink, 8 model homes available to tour, giveaways totaling $3000 in cash, mini-golf and giant lawn games, DIY stations, and more.

The main, family-friendly Joy Fest celebration happens on Saturday, May 4, 2024.
