Jubilee, the new “Joyful neighborhood” in Hockley, northwest of Houston, celebrates its grand opening with the free, family-friendly Joy Fest celebration.

The day dedicated to fun will include a Ferris Wheel, inflatables, gem mining, tie dye tile making, photo opps, giant lawn games, face painting, home wellness, and more.

Food trucks and an adult beverage vendor will be on hand and guests can also explore up eight professionally decorated model homes and learn more about living in Jubilee.
